You Were Never Meant to Multiply Alone.

Here's something I keep seeing.

A pastor. A missionary. A disciple-maker somewhere in the world — faithful, working hard, genuinely passionate about the lost. And completely isolated in the process.

No one around them who gets it. No one to process the hard questions with. No one to say, "Yeah, I've been there — here's what I learned."

That's not how movements are built.

On a recent Coaching Circle call, Rick — working with former pastors in India and Sri Lanka — had a light bulb moment he described like this: he realized he'd been holding all the training himself. Visiting different places. Waiting until people were "successful enough" before inviting them into the process.

Sound familiar?

The breakthrough came when he stopped waiting and started building a leadership team. People who could train others in what they'd already learned. People who could own the process alongside him.

That's what a Coaching Circle does. It creates the conditions for that kind of breakthrough — every single month.

What Is a DMM Coaching Circle?

A Coaching Circle is a monthly Zoom gathering of disciple-makers who are on the same journey you are. Peer support. Real-time coaching. Practical next steps rooted in biblical principles and movement best practices.

No hype. No performance. Just honest conversation with people who understand the weight of what you're carrying — and the vision you're running toward.

Dennis, one of our circle participants, put it simply: the secret isn't a program. It's commitment, rhythm, and accountability. Weekly prayer. Regular Discovery Bible Study. Monthly check-ins. And someone asking you, "So — what did you actually do this week?"

That kind of structure changes people. And it multiplies.
